Founder, Phoenician Oasis
Kyle Macdonald is an Arizona entrepreneur specializing in commercial real estate, private equity, venture capital, and ecosystem development. As a sixth-generation Arizonan, he is passionate about creating opportunities that strengthen the state’s economy and position Arizona as one of the nation’s leading destinations for innovation, investment, and entrepreneurship.
Kyle is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Partners Group, where he works with investors, developers, and operating partners to source, evaluate, and execute high-quality real estate investment opportunities. His experience spans acquisitions, underwriting, capital formation, investor relations, development strategy, private equity, and strategic partnerships across multiple asset classes.
In addition to his work in real estate, Kyle is actively involved in Arizona’s venture capital and startup ecosystem. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of Silicon Oasis, a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting founders, investors, operators, universities, corporations, and policymakers to accelerate Arizona’s technology economy.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Experience Design and Management from Brigham Young University and a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University. His long-term vision is to help build enduring companies, transformative real estate projects, and investment platforms that create lasting economic impact while contributing to Arizona’s continued growth and prosperity.
